In this section I'll be posting up information on Tōkyō area blacksmiths and the plane blades they make. I'll list the blades by maker - some smiths make but one type of plane, while others make dozens of models, some some under various brand names. It's a bit of a thicket to wade through, but I hope to prevail in the end.

Re: Planemakers and their Blades: Tōkyō Region
H.
I. 一貫斉 ikkansai Deceased, some NOS planes and blades can still be found. Lower end price point. Maker of various plane types. Not a famous smith, but reputed to have blades with a good cutting feel.
Another Ikkansai smoothing plane, called the "色草の 月よさへ為り 虫の声" (Loosely translated: The sound of insects (虫の声) in the month when the grass becomes green):
An unusual naga-dai tachi-ganna (long scraping plane):
石堂輝秀 Ishidō, Teruhide. Real name was Kikuchi, Kiyokazu, lived 1900~1982. Succeeded by his son, Ishidō Hideo 石堂秀雄 (real name: )(1932-2006). The Ishidō forge has been in existence for nearly 400 years. The first generation to bear the name Ishidō was Koreichi (石堂是一) real name: Katō, Suketaro (加藤助太郎). He is considered to be the 8th generation smith (8代目) at the forge. His successor was Ishidō Shūichi (石堂秀一), who was then followed by Teruhide, Hideo, and now Ishidō Yoshinori (石堂良考). That makes 12 generations so far. It seem the current smith, Yoshinori, is concentrating on making small planes, knives, and kitchen knives, so when we are referring to woodworking planes we usually mean Ishidō, Teruhide's products.
The signature blade, Teruhide 輝秀, in Blue Steel #1:

The Tonchinkan 遁珍閑 ('escape to a special quietude'):
The Hi-un 飛雲 ('flight of clouds'), in Blue steel#1:
J.
K.
M. 神田 規久夫 Kanda, Kikuo. The maker known as Mosaku (も作) One of the rising stars of the Tōkyō scene. Produces some beautiful plane blades and knives (no chisels). Produces blades in Swedish Steel, Blue Steel, and the difficult White Steel.
