鉋台仕込みコテ鑿 Kanna Dai Shikomi Kote Nomi. A specialized type of kote nomi with a longer step down to the blade, which is very short. Used mainly for dressing the surface of the tsutsumi at the bottom of the mouth opening. Can also be used for cleaning very narrow ends of stub mortises and similar tight quarters tasks. Blade width is typically 9mm, overall length of 22cm.
