table of values

At the end of Vol. II, we are to submit the kö-ko-gen values and the complete a brief written exam. Do I submit the table here? What about the written exam?

please send me the table when you're done filling it out.
The exam is an extra, and costs $5.00. Let me know if/when you want to take it.
