shoji/ ranma install

Here are a few images of an install I did recently in Ft. Wayne, IN. I live in Chicago and drove to Ft. Wayne and back, same day...about 7 hours of driving. I won't do that again. The install took about 10 hours. As you can see, I did not have the correct cover strips for one end of the shikii. I sent them to the client a few days later. A simple glue on that she agreed to do. I fault myself for not have the right material on-hand.

I just noticed that the two center shoji were placed incorrectly by the client. I was showing her how to remove them from the tracks. They were correctly arranged with the handles next to each other before I departed.

very clear work. did you know that the floor took a dive like that going in or was that a surprise during the install.

Craigak, i'm curiuos as to your track details. Did you use any roller/wheel assemblies or is it all wood to wood? Thanks.
