Origami Inspired Coffee Table

This table is made of Spalted Maple & ebonized Ash, butterflies are Rosewood & Ebony.

Thanks! I used fox wedged tenons. Shown are the tenons & mortises roughed out.

I love this piece! First, it's a BEAUTIFUL piece of wood and then the through tenons on the angled slab legs . . . it is wonderful. Thanks for the pictures. (I know you can't see me - but I am bowing to your greatness!!)

:o Pretty nice job! Love the balance between natural wood shape and " man made origami folds".
