I do love to sharpen, I would use a sharpening tray.

I should qualify my vote- I won't be able to join in a group build in the foreseeable future, too much other stuff going on. But I voted for the saw cabinet since it seems the most likely share some aspects with my upcoming projects.

Hello to all.
My vote would have to be for the 2nd joint model.i would go even further and request that the one after that should be a house of joints. My intentions lie within the desire of learning these techniques on a finer scale which then can be translated into the engineering and construction of bigger structures. I am much more intrigued with the engineering and technique within the project and hope there are more who feel the same. 1st joint model was very impressive by the way chris.

Was planning this month, but haven't come up for air on the current project I am working on. I have been keeping abreast of this thread so it remains current in my thoughts.

I joined late to the party for the first project set. a joint model would be the perfect sized project for me personally. not that I feel disinclined to tackle a larger project but the time required would undoubtedly cut into work time/ family time. I plan on beginning the first project soon and will putz about to try and catch up. would a marathon joint project be out of the realm of possibility? easier for me to find time once instead of switching back and forth between daily projects and personal ones.

Although I did vote for the saw cabinet, I am now thinking that the Joint Model 2 would be a better option as a follow on from JM1 and as an exercise to improve my skills.

Appreciate the feedback.

I've decided we will tackle joint model 2 next. Makes sense for a number of reasons, and it helps that several folks are requesting just that. After that is done, we can either tackle Joint #3 or the saw cabinet. I'm choosing joint model 2 primarily because it is about all I have time for at the moment.

Will post up soon the start date and member rates for CSG 2015.
