You may need beer and whiskey. My hugs are inappropriately long and my hands tend to wander.

I've tried 4 roses single barrel and wasn't overly impressed, I don't think I have a sophisticated whiskey palate, I just like smooth whiskey on the rocks.

What type of whiskey? I've been a 5 year fan of Basil Hayden's, it's a pleasant whiskey.Brian wrote:I need to convert all of you into whisky drinkers.

Re: Makin' Trays
Basil Haydens is nice, it's easily one of my favorite Bourbons.
Whisk(e)y for me is usually Whisky, so Scotch and Japanese Whisky. I give preference to Islays and Island scotches, but I also enjoy a few Speysides.
Specifically Bunnahabhain, Lagavulin, Talisker, Longmorn, Oban, Aberlour, Highland Park, Yamazaki and Hibiki.
