Yeah, no doubt. His name is Richard Condie. He has a few other animated shorts out there as well, some of which are downright weird.
Watching it again yesterday to get the screen captures I noticed many quirky little details in the scenes that weren't obvious otherwise.

I like the first and third images. But while they would make for a humorous inside joke, I'm not sure its something I would wear out in public...

I grumble every time I revisit that project...though I'm glad in the end I never ended up building it for that client. I was so hoping it would happen at one point though.

YES!! A levitating belltower, like something out of Miyazaki...
I'm truly sorry it was never built, but it was a riveting series of posts. I built models of the fan rafters to follow along. Now the paltry little rafter-tails l see on the 1920's houses around here just make me sad.
