I haven't been on the forum in a long time. Hope the remaining recovery goes quickly Chris!
And YES, video is a great idea. I get so much more out of watching people work than still pictures. Even just watching someone paring to fit or setting up a machine teaches me something about basic technique. It's hard to write a compelling post about basics, but I really enjoy the "look over my shoulder as I'm working" videos.
