"Maboroshi" Kanna, 70mm. -#1 Blue steel, Uradashi-fuyoh

I've decided I have to let go a Kanna I was acclimatising until I built up enough skill to warrant it's use. I purchased this kanna from Tomohito of Lida tools for quite a sum, especially given the British pounds horrible conversion rates.
It's completely brand new, standard bedding angle. It is the Uradashi-fuyoh version. According to Stu over at toolsfromJapan "this kanna has an uradashi-fuyoh blade, a special blade back treatment that requires no maintenance. Just sharpen and use" I haven't had the pleasure of trying this new arrangement of kanna blade, but it does look very interesting.
